You are free to choose between the following payment methods:

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card (MasterCard and VISA are accepted) is possible.
In order to use this payment method, we need your credit card details such as the credit card number, the validity date and the CVC of your card (these are the last three digits on the back of your card).
Your information will be sent SSL-encoded and it will be treated as strictly confidential. The amount invoiced will be charged to your credit card the day of order.

PayPal

You may top up your PayPal account to pay with at Wunschlicht at your convenience. In order to do so, please use your credit card, giropay or top it up by bank transfer. After concluding the ordering procedure at Wunschlicht, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal web page. There you will be asked to log on with your access data as usual and you may balance the invoiced amount.

SofortBanking

With Sofort Banking set easily even while ordering a transfer of the particular amount in your online banking account. Request receives light after the advance real-time confirmation. The fast payment allows Wunschlicht that the goods, if it is in stock and can be shipped the same day. You will need a online bank account from your bank account and associated data.

Advance Payment

After receiving the confirmation of order you are kindly asked to remit the outstanding amount to our account.
This means an advantage for the customer as we allow a discount with advance payment on all products of our shop. We will charge this amount against the bargain price. A confirmation of receipt is to be sent to you when full payment has been received.

Cash on Delivery

Paying cash on delivery is at no charge within Germany. Please pay the amount invoiced according to our agreement to the corresponding mail-order firm.
Cash on delivery is also possible outside of Germany. Please feel free to ask for the accruing costs for this.

Payment made by Direct Debit

Please provide us with your bank information when placing your order and we will debit the sum from your account two days prior to the delivery. We need this time to check your account data. This is supposed to be very safe and comfortable for you. Your data will be sent SSL-encoded and it will be treated as strictly confidential. However, this is only possible with accounts kept in Germany.

Invoice at the Time when Article is ready to be delivered

As soon as your ordered goods arrive at our logistics department and thus are ready to be delivered, you will receive a proforma invoice asking you to remit the outstanding amount to the account given.
Once we have received your payment we will immediately deliver the goods.

Cash & Carry

Please feel free to directly pick up the goods you ordered from our shop to pay them cash or via cash card.

All our selling prices include the VAT of 19% which is currently valid for Germany.

You will be informed about the delivery of your goods via email.

If you wish to order an article and your place of residence is located in Switzerland, please pay attention to the following

Consignments to Switzerland do not include the German VAT.
The Swiss VAT has to be paid in the relevant amount (currently 8,0%) directly to the forwarding agent or to the Swiss Post on receipt of the goods.
There are no more arising expenses for customs clearance.

Important information about the consignment outside of Germany/customs duties

With the consignment of parcels there are no more arising expenses for customs clearance.
Goods which originated within the EU are free from customs duties as well.
If in an exceptional case you should happen to order an article that is not of preferential origin and thus duty has to be paid on it, we will inform you about this prior to the confirmation of order.
