Ingo Maurer Walking Bulb table light with modern LED technology
The Ingo Maurer Walking Bulb is equipped with modern LED technology. The swiveling LED spot on the lamp head can always be re-aligned. For this purpose, the red-insulated part of the metal rod at the LED spot is touched. To switch the light on and off, the non-insulated part of the metal rod is to be touched. The table light comes with a USB cable, which can also be connected to a notebook. The LED with a power of 4 watts at a colour temperature of 3,000 Kelvin warmwhite can be exchanged if necessary by a specialist. The structure of the lamp, which is reminiscent of a classic incandescent lamp, is made of a stainless steel wire. The light is emitted by the LED spot evenly into the room. Other materials used for the lamp are brass and aluminum. The table lamp was created by Michel Sempels in the year 2015. It was first presented at the Euroluce 2015 in Milan.
