Sten Crash Floor Lamp
The Sten Crash by Domus is a floor lamp with a textile lampshade in cylinder shape. The lamp base consists of a tripod in either oiled white oak or oiled walnut.
Description
The stable tripod, optionally in oiled white oak or oiled walnut, sets new accents with its casual grace and beautiful lighting mood, both in the living room and in the office area. The cylindrical lampshade of the Domus Sten Crash floor lamp rests weightlessly on the delicate wooden construction of the three downward tapering legs. Another detail is the pull switch in the form of a long rod, which is included with the lamp in silver and red. A textile-covered cable functions as the supply line, silver for the surface in oak, and black for the surface in walnut. This floor lamp has an E27 socket and can be operated with all standard lamps (halogen, energy-saving lamps or LED). The alabaster-coloured lampshade of this 153 cm high floor lamp has a diameter of 44 cm and is 30 cm high. The fabric shade made of crash creates a very special effect with its artistic gathering. A slightly shiny, iridescent taffeta base fabric made of 100% polyester is refined with a longcrash. In transmitted light, the overlaid, crushed areas of the fabric appear darker, resulting in a subtle, individual play of light and shadow. The Sten Crash by the German manufacturer Domus is also available with lampshades made of other materials.
