Ingo Maurer Ysmen floor lamp
The Ingo Maurer Ysmen floor lamp was created in 1998 by Dagmar Mombach, Ingo Maurer and his team. It is one of the highlights of the extensive MaMo Nouchies series, inspired by the Japanese-American sculptor Isamu Noguchi. All the lamps of the MaMo Nouchies series are individually manufactured by hand, the lamp shade being folded and stretched in several working processes until the final desired shape is achieved. This makes each of these lamps unique. The name of the parent lamp family consists of the initial letters of Maurer, Mombach and Noguchi. The Ysmen can be steplessly dimmed with a dimmer on the cable. The cable of the floor lamp has a length of 350 cm. The light is emitted glare-free and diffuse into the room from this floor lamp. Japanese paper is used as starting material for the lamp, and the light has a total height of 70 cm.
