Oluce Plateau 476 and 486 pendant lights

The Oluce Plateau collection was designed by Antonia Astori & Nicola De Ponti in 2008. In 2009, the two designers received the award "light of the year" for the lamp from this series. The series includes two pendant lights, the Plateau 476 and the 486. The 486 light has an oval lamp body with eight diffusers with different diameters. While the body is made of transparent, laser-treated polymethylmethacrylate, the diffusers are made of acid-treated, mouth-blown opal glass. The diffusers are always freely positionable in the recesses of the body. The body is 190 cm long and 100 cm wide. The 476 pendant light has a round shape with a diameter of 120 cm. This lamp body is also equipped with eight diffusers, which can be positioned freely on the body. The lights from this collection can be dimmed on site by an external dimmer, halogen lamps serve as illuminants.
